Emprende Hoy reserves the right to modify the content of the Course at any time and without prior notice. If substantial changes are made to the content of the Course, the client will be informed as far in advance as possible.

3. Results and guarantees:

Emprende Hoy does not guarantee that the Course will be suitable for all of the client’s needs and/or expectations, nor does it guarantee that the Course will provide specific results in terms of knowledge gained, improvements in personal financial management, or any other specific outcome. The client acknowledges that the learning and application of the concepts taught in the Course depend exclusively on the client’s own effort and dedication.

4. Limitation of Liability:

Emprende Hoy shall not be liable for any damage or harm that may arise from the use or application of the concepts taught in the Course, nor for any damage or harm that may arise from any information or material provided by Emprende Hoy in connection with the Course.

5. Intellectual Property:

Client agrees that all materials provided by Emprende Hoy in connection with the Course, including but not limited to text, images, videos, recordings, presentations and any other materials, are the exclusive property of Emprende Hoy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation thereof is expressly prohibited without the prior written permission of Emprende Hoy.

6. Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Emprende Hoy with respect to the Course and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating thereto.

7. Payment and Refunds:

The cost of the must be paid in full prior to the start date of the Course. Partial payments will not be accepted and access to the Course will not be granted if full payment has not been made.

8. Refund Policy:

Emprende Hoy offers a 100% refund policy during the first 7 days from the date of payment. If the client is not satisfied with the course during this period, he/she may request a full refund. However, after the first 7 days from the start of the course, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

9. Proper use of the Course content:

The customer agrees to use the Course content for educational and personal purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of the content for commercial or other purposes is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Emprende Hoy.

10. Confidentiality:

Client acknowledges that the Course content may contain information that is confidential and proprietary to Emprende Hoy. The client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to third parties without the prior written consent of Emprende Hoy.

11. Suspension or termination of access to the Course:

Emprende Hoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate the client’s access to the Course in the event of non-compliance with the terms and conditions set forth. This may include, but is not limited to, non-payment, improper use of the content or any other violation of the terms and conditions.

12. Links to Third Party Websites:

The Course may contain links to third party websites or other external resources. Emprende Hoy is not responsible for the availability, content, products or services provided by such external websites or resources. The customer assumes all risks and liability in accessing and using these links or resources.

13. Modifications to the terms and conditions:

Emprende Hoy reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any relevant changes by appropriate means, such as email or posting on the Emprende Hoy website. Continued use of the Course after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

14. SMS Disclosures:

By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein.
